Our Story

Echo Communications is a US based telesales company located in Tennessee. The company was founded in 2007 by Joy Draa, who is presently our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Joy started Echo Communications as just one person, making appointments for a small shipping franchise out of Salt Lake City, Utah, named Unishippers. With her newfound experience in appointments setting, Joy could set her own appointments, and began to acquire more and more business. Her small appointment setting company was growing.

Not long after that Joy started to work for a company selling Verizon Business Services. She became the top sales agent on her team, and like before, she decided to take it to the next level. That was when she began Grayson Communications, and later, Echo Communications. Today, Echo has four office locations in East Tennessee.

We’re proud to say that Echo has grown faster than we had anticipated. We’re adding new contracts in the telecom industry every day.
